When should I submit a loan application to the bank?
I always recommend getting pre-approved for a loan before you even begin looking at homes.
If you choose not to get pre-approved, you should submit a full application to the lender no later than the date specified the Purchase and Sale Agreement (usually within about 5 days of signing).
