With over 23 years experience in management and over 38 years in sales, Sahran's successful real estate career has spanned three states and a number of areas in the real estate industry. The journey began in Denver, Colorado, where he not only sold residential real estate, but also managed a very successful office. His discipline and commitment is attributed to his determination and convictions that success is not a matter of desire rather a matter of hard work. In his first year he was the #1 agent in his office, the rookie of the year for his respective Board of Realtors and was asked to become a vice president of a major real estate firm and manager of the office he worked at. Sahran also served as the Chairman of the Board of Adjustment and Appeals for the city of Westminister, Colorado. Not only does he hold a Broker's license in both Kansas and Missouri, but he also has attained in his first year in real estate two very prestigious professional designations from the National Association of Realtors: the Certified Residential Specialist and the Certified Real Estate Brokerage Manager. Both designations require a series of classes as well as industry experience.
